Matt Cronin has no choice but to stay on top of his game over the summer.
The standout Navarre pitcher plays for the Evoshield Canes, an elite travel baseball team, and every player on the roster is committed to a Division I school.
Cronin, who has verbally committed to Arkansas and will be a senior this fall, said his summer baseball experience has proven beneficial to his development as a player.
“The competition we face brings out the best in you,” Cronin said. “It forces you step up because everyone you play against is good.”
