The 2013 Navarre High School girls’ soccer team featured 11 seniors, two juniors and the rest sophomores. The two juniors, Riley Slaybaugh and Jessi Cook, are now seniors and know they have their work cut out for them.
“We are definitely rebuilding this year,” Slaybaugh said. “Over the summer we will have to determine which players are strong at what position. A lot of soccer is communication. As seniors, we will have to make sure that everyone is in position and talking to each other.”
