The fifth annual County Health Rankings and Roadmaps released today by the University of Wisconsin and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation ranked Santa Rosa County sixth out of the 67 counties in Florida. The study highlights the many community factors that influence health and uses established data.
“We are very pleased that Santa Rosa County was ranked number six according to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation analysis,” said Sandra Park-O’Hara, Administrator of the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County. “However, we know that there are still opportunities for improvement and we look forward to working with our community partners in addressing those challenges.” Read more in the April 3 issue of Navarre Press or subscribe online here.
