Sentencing delayed a 2nd time for former band member awaiting punishment in FAMU hazing case
Caleb Jackson was scheduled to be sentenced Thursday after an initial postponement last month. Sentencing was delayed again because state attorney Jeff Ashton is overseeing the penalty phase of an unrelated murder trial and was unavailable to attend. Jackson’s sentencing has been rescheduled for next week.
