NHS girls’ swim team finishes third at Dolphin Invitational

The Lady Raiders’ third-place finish helped Navarre High School finish fourth in the combined standings at the Gulf Breeze Optimist Dolphin Invitational on Saturday at The Club.

Cat Bower, Taylor Day, Vivyan Melendez and Teresa Parsons led the NHS girls’ team to 318 points; only Washington (435) and Niceville (343.5) finished higher.

Navarre’s boys finished eighth with 116 points. Washington (410) and Niceville (363) finished first and second in the boys’ standings and in the combined scores with 845 and 706.5 points, respectively.
