With eight regular-season games remaining, Navarre High School’s baseball Raiders are beginning to resemble the team that will play in the District 1-5A tournament.
The Raiders have won three of five games since a lackluster 9-1 home loss to Ezell-Harding Christian School on March 14. The game was the first for the Eagles from Antioch, Tenn., but the Raiders, playing in their 10th contest, seemed the less experienced team. Navarre fielders committed four errors, its hitters managed four singles and its pitchers gave up 10 hits, walked six and hit a batter.
