Three straight 10th inning singles ended Navarre’s hopes of winning their district 1-5A opener Friday.
The Lady Panther’s star pitcher Katie Worley was touched for two runs in the bottom of the fifth, but then settled down and held off the Navarre hitters for the rest of the game to earn the win.
