Pensacola Roller Gurlz roll into the community

The Pensacola Roller Gurlz hosted a meet and greet recruitment party Feb. 21 before they debut their team, the Mayhem Medics. Members of the team practice passing each other to earn points before the competition begins.Local roller derby league, the Pensacola Roller Gurlz, hosted a meet and greet recruitment party Feb. 21 at the Dreamland Skate Center in Pensacola.
The Pensacola Roller Gurlz was founded last year and is set to debut the first team, the Mayhem Medics. President of the Roller Gurlz, Brandi O’Leary, said the girls wanted to have a theme that represented Pensacola.
