Fourth row: Chelsea King, Alyssa Jones, Jameka Anderson, Kayla Poole and Kari Keeton.Every weekday at 7 a.m. the parking lot at Navarre High School is practically abandoned.
However, there are a few cars parked in front of the field house. As you enter the building, music is playing and the Raider girls weightlifting team are paired up at benches, already working hard.
