Feinberg promises timely turnaround for claims

When Ken Feinberg, the newly appointed administrator for the BP claims operation, takes over on Monday, he promises timely turnarounds and new considerations for those wishing to file claims against the oil giant for losses incurred as a result of the April 20 Deepwater Horizon explosion that prompted the worst oil spill in the nation’s history.
