Williamson, Cole selected to head commission board

During Thursday's Santa Rosa County Board of County Commission board reorganization meeting, District 1 Commissioner Jim Williamson was selected to serve as the board's chair.

District 2 Commissioner Bob Cole will act as vice-chair.

Each year the board organizes itself selecting a chair and vice-chair from among its members to preside at commission meetings.

Both will serve in these positions for a term of one year.
