Two new board members were elected today at the Holley by the Sea annual membership meeting replacing outgoing board members Lee Steinert and Christina Koenig. Brooke Goldberg was elected with 648 votes and Pete Peterzen was elected with 525 votes. Other candidates included Larry Larson who garnered 341 votes and Earl Dean who had 140 votes. Dan Ramsey was a write-in candidate with 13 votes. Many other write-in candidates received one vote. Holley by the Sea, located in Navarre, FL, is the largest homeowner's association in Northwest Florida covering four square miles and containing 4,721 lots with an annual budget of more than two million dollars.
