Reversing Navarre Town Center?

Beckie Cato from Development Services presented a Navarre Town Center Plan reversal option to the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners during their meeting June 20.

The board will vote on this option June 23 whether to begin the reversal process. Chairman Lane Lynchard said the process will take time and public input will be needed. He also said if the public wants to keep certain parts of the Plan, such as protecting the view of the Sound, that is a possibility too.
