Voter fraud suspected in Santa Rosa

About 100 Santa Rosa County voter registration forms were picked up by State Attorney Investigator Tom Tucker after an election’s office employee noticed oddities on the forms.

“We received one envelope full of registration forms on Monday,” said Ann Bodenstein, county supervisor of elections, “and another one (envelope) on Tuesday.”

Some of the oddities had to do with birth dates. When the election’s office staff member entered the names in the database, different birth dates than the ones written on the forms came up.

“Also, signatures didn’t match,” said Bodenstein.
