Forget the fear of mass casualties and visions of mobs at county health department offices, swine flu may have hit its peak.
Cases of H1N1, commonly known as swine flu, have gone from cause for alarm to cause for concern. And though health officials are still urging residents to be vigilant about the symptoms and spread of the H1N1 virus, they say, for now, the number may be on the decline.
