School board cuts health costs

Santa Rosa County School Board approved changing the district’s health insurance policies and wellness program in response to increasing health costs.
Karen Retherford, who deals with insurance policies for the school district, told school board members during a Sept. 27 meeting that the insurance policy committee had a difficult task before them this year.
