Robotics club builds for space station

The Robotics Club at Woodlawn Beach Middle School has until Oct. 20 to create a space elevator that can deliver goods to the International Space Station.

This is the seventh year that the students have competed in the University of West Florida’s Emerald Coast BEST Robotics competition. The competition at UWF gives teams 42 days to come up with a finished product to present during the Oct. 20 event.
