With nearly 200 routes and a fleet of buses, Durham School Services, the company contracted to provide school bus transportation services for Santa Rosa County schools, takes the business of routing very seriously.

So when a parent publicly accuses them of putting kids in danger, it's not something the staff takes lightly.

Two weeks ago, a Milton parent went to the media, claiming a bus driver was dropping children off in front of a known sex offender's home.
