Last week, a federal judge barred a Christian educators association from trying to overturn a ruling issued in a year-long case involving prayer in Santa Rosa County schools.
U.S. District Court Judge M. Casey Rodgers issued a 35-page decision, calling the Christian Educators decision to intervene “untimely” and stating that “the School Board adequately represented the interests of its employees” when it drafted a decree restricting “official-capacity speech or conduct.”
