The Twist swirls out the season

The Twist, Navarre’s only ice-cream parlor, closed out the season on Oct. 21 by donating all proceeds of the day to the Navarre High School Winter Guard team.
Laura Poloski, co-owner of the Twist, said that the ice-cream parlor will reopen in March of next year. The Twist was also celebrating 10 years of scooping out ice-cream to its customers. It celebrated its grand opening on Oct. 21, 2002.
