Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and Navarre Area Board of Realtors have both reported a very hot summer for local real estate.
According to ECAR, June was slow but residential real estate sales picked up in July when compared to July 2011.
Angela Campbell, NABOR executive director, reported in a monthly real estate snapshot that for the first time since 2005, housing is on track to contributing positively to the national GDP in 2012.
