End of an era?

For the last six years, Navarre residents have been able to get their morning caffeine fix, cool drinks to beat the heat, or a hand made meal at Lark's Nest. But this local business may be shutting its doors forever on Dec. 10.

Lark and Bob Harms are looking for a buyer for Lark's Nest, the specialty coffee shop and restaurant located on Highway 98 and Alpine Ave. in Navarre. While business is brisk at Lark's Nest, the challenging economy and the Deepwater Horizon disaster in April 2010 have left Harms in debt and struggling to keep the doors open.
