Keeping Navarre Beach beautiful

Beach Beautification Committee volunteers are responsible for the palm tree 'islands' on Navarre Beach.

Taking pride in where they live sums up the volunteers that comprise the Navarre Beach Beautification Committee.

The committee is responsible for completing projects that enhance the natural beauty of Navarre Beach. Members have created “islands” along the beach road where palm trees have been planted and benches placed.

“We are a spinoff of the leaseholders (Navarre Beach Leaseholders & Residents Association),” said volunteer Larry Sims.
