County office closures for Good Friday

The following Santa Rosa County offices and departments will be closed on March 29, Friday, in observance of Good Friday. Offices will resume regular hours of operation on April 1, Monday.

Santa Rosa County Board of Commissioners
Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court
Santa Rosa County Property Appraiser
Santa Rosa County Supervisor of Elections
Santa Rosa County Tax Collector
The county libary system will be closed on March 29-30

The county animal shelter will be closed on March 29, and open from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on March 30.

The Central Landfill located on 6337 Da Lisa Road will be open from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on March 29 and 30.

Sheriff Office telephone system down for maintenance

From 6:30-8 a.m. on March 20, Wedensday, all incoming adminitrative lines to the Santa Rosa Sheriff Office will have very limited and intermitted service according to Dep. Rich Aloy, public information officer.

CERT adds 9 new members to first aid squad

The Navarre-Santa Rosa Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) added nine members to its 85-plus squad after class-ending exercises March 17 at the E.H. Pullum Senior Center.
