Sheriff Office telephone system down for maintenance

From 6:30-8 a.m. on March 20, Wedensday, all incoming adminitrative lines to the Santa Rosa Sheriff Office will have very limited and intermitted service according to Dep. Rich Aloy, public information officer. 

 Callers may receive a busy signal. The outage is part of an upgrade to the PBX telephone system. 

Emergency calls will not be affected and will be processed and fully functional during the maintenance period. All lines will be fully operational at 8 a.m.
