Shaaron Lively of Navarre was killed Jan. 25 during a motorcycle accident on U.S. Highway 98.
Lively was part of the Patriot Guard Riders who attend funeral services of fallen American veterans. According to the Patriot Guard Riders, Inc. website, their goal is to show their sincere respect for “our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities,” and to “shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protestor or group of protestors.”
Services will be held Feb. 2 at the Emerald Coast Funeral Home, located at 113 Race Track Road in Fort Walton Beach. Family and friends can attend at 9:30 a.m. followed by visitation at 10 a.m. The service will being at 11 a.m. and a reception will follow at Lively’s home in Navarre.
