Driving along U.S. Highway 98 has long been considered a scenic drive, especially in Navarre.
However, some local residents think there are one or two blemishes along the way.
“See these sad palm trees,” said Laurie Gallup, as she pointed to the median adjacent to the Navarre Park. “They are not happy, because they are not being taken care of.”
The United Peninsula Association has taken up the cause to help make the U.S. 98 corridor even more visually appealing for residents and guests of the community said Don Richards, president of the UPA.
