Santa Rosa County Commissioners plan to approve additional incentives for Project Breeze, a manufacturer looking to create 200 jobs in Santa Rosa County, during today’s board meeting.
Even though it wasn’t on the agenda prior to a Dec. 13 meeting, commissioners approved incentives for Project Breeze based on its intentions to create 100 jobs over a four-year period. Shannon Ogletree, interim director of economic development, then asked the board during a Jan. 7 meeting to reapprove the incentives because now the company is committing to producing 200 jobs over a three-year period.
