Joshua Santos of Navarre had a smile that could light up the room, according to his mom Lisa Santos. She described him as captivating, with a warm heart. He loved everybody. His smile and his giving nature will forever be remembered by his family and friends.
His journey began Oct. 3, 1988 and ended only 24 years later on Nov. 26, 2012. On the outside, Josh looked fit and in the best shape of his life, but on the inside, cancer was consuming his body.
On Jan. 13, a military service with full honors and a 21-gun salute will be held at Eglin Air Force Base.
