A few defunct local restaurants are getting new life breathed into them by getting new owners, new names and new menus.
Scott Phyle, 53, is part owner of mOm Curbside Kitchen, a European-style breakfast stand located at 8476 Navarre Parkway in the building Higher Ground Coffee once occupied. A former builder, Phyle is excited about bringing something different to Navarre.
