Remembering a Navarre Krewe king

He liked to say he was born on St. Patrick’s Day, but he actually entered the world March 18, 1928. Robert Stanley Dodge, who died Oct. 19, lived a full life and according to friends and family, and it was a life well lived.

Dodge’s 84 years of traveling life’s journey was filled with experiences that were joyful and sad, but he maintained a love of life and a good heart. His journey eventually brought him to Navarre in 2000 where he was an active member of the Navarre Krewe of Jesters.
