Absentee ballots must be turned in at the south-end annex or at the elections office in Milton. Absentee ballots cannot be turned in at any polling location on Election Day and the elections office must receive them by Nov. 6 or they do not count.

The only exception is for ballots being mailed from overseas. If a ballot is mailed from overseas, it must have a Nov. 6 postmark to be counted.
