Teen arrested in traffic homicide

Brianna C. Henderson, 15, was taken into custody after the Florida Hgihway Patrol traffic homicide investigation found that on May 31, Henderson had violated her learner’s permit requirements, and failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign.

The report completed Sept. 28, also led to the arrest of Apryl Tucker, Henderson’s mom, for allowing an unauthorized person to operate a motor vehicle in Florida according to the traffic homicide investigation.
