Emergency radio operators hone skills

CERT establishes communications towers for emergency service providers until power is restored. The Navarre Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Amateur Radio Club held a field day from 1 p.m. on June 23 until 1 p.m. on June 24 to test equipment and procedures.
