Educating the public

With a little more community outreach and educational effort, the Holley-Navarre Fire District is hoping the public will look pleasingly upon a fee assessment increase next year.

During the fire board of commissioner’s meeting Monday night, Fire Chief Ron Norton presented the board with a rough outline of information about the district. The commissioners, determined to see the plan through, said they would look it over in time for the next meeting.
