Arguably, there’s probably no other family in town that believes more strongly in fate than the Simpsons.

dog.jpgOn July 4, Mike Simpson of Villa Vizcaya, set up his shop as usual at the Flea Market on U.S. Highway 98. But on this occasion, the vendor across from Simpson was a man selling puppies.
