According to a news release from the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, Waker-Hall, whose address is listed as Jo Tam Lane in Navarre, is identified as a residential services director for a local organization that works to help the disabled. She turned herself in on Thursday. Investigators said that Walker-Hall was stealing money from 24 patients, and that managers with Horizons became suspicious and contacted the authorities after spotting discrepancies on monthly transaction reports. Walker-Hall was also charged with grand theft.
