Bill to arm teachers ‘huge concern’ for local schools

Joey Harrell, assistant superintendent for administrative services for Santa Rosa District Schools, serves as co-chairman of the Santa Rosa Joint Security Task Force.
It met for the first time March 5 after being formed by Superintendent of Schools Tim Wyrosdick and Sheriff Wendell Hall in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook school massacre in Connecticut, which prompted action nationwide by state and local governments.
