Parents notified of discovered contaminants

Holley Navarre Intermediate School parents were notified by letter March 8 that contaminants were discovered during the construction of a cafeteria, but there is no health threat.

In a March 5 letter from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Superintendent Tim Wyrosdick was officially notified that contaminants were discovered in 2011 during construction activities for the new cafeteria building.
