Ernest L. Parker, 52, was arrested Feb. 12 for sexual assault on a child(ren) during his tenure at the Milton Girls Facility.
Parker worked as a mental health technician from April – December 2012 at the Milton Girls Facility. During this time, it is alleged that Parker used his position to have inappropriate sexual conduct with more than one girl at the facility.
