The Navarre United Futbol Club under the auspice of Navarre Youth Sports Association has been served a demand letter requesting $936 be refunded for misrepresentation.
Daryl and Mildred Seward of Navarre allege that NUFC misrepresented Coach Ken McDonald’s credentials and that NUFC failed to operate in accordance with the NUFC bylaws in the Jan. 2 dated letter.
