2013 New Year's baby hails from Navarre

Tanner Wade Blackwood made his entrance into the world at 7:11 a.m., Jan. 1 at the Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton.

At 7 pounds, 12 ounces and 21 inches long, Tanner was the first baby born in Santa Rosa County on Jan. 1. He was welcomed by his mom, Jessica Marie Blackwood, his father, Tosa Quinna Cutler and two big brothers, Carter, 3, and Gavin, 11 months.
