On June 22, 2012, Greg Hamblock, 25, set out from Neah Bay, Wash. with the goal of walking coast to coast. He arrived in Navarre this afternoon where he will spend the night before setting out again to complete his journey.

Hamblock is walking to raise funds for two very special children, Chris, 8, and Megan, 6 from Baton Rouge, La.

“I met Chris when I worked with the Volunteer School System in Baton Rouge,” said Hamblock. “His mom asked me to be his mentor.”
