Gulf Breeze to buy Tiger Point Golf Club

Gulf Breeze City Council approved a purchase contract for Tiger Point Golf Club during a Nov. 9 special-called meeting.
The listing price of the 365 acres is about $2.7 million. City Attorney Matt Dannheisser told council members that the closing costs would include an additional $69,000 for closing costs.
