And the winner of the annual chili cook off is… the families in Navarre that are in need of a warm meal and gifts at Christmas.
The 19th annual chili cook off netted more than just bragging rights for the winners, it netted Caring and Sharing around $3,000 according to Robyn Philips, Caring and Sharing president.
