This is not the first time Jim Bryan, Democrat and candidate for Florida’s First Congressional seat, has challenged Rep. Jeff Miller, R-District 1, but he hopes it will be the last and that he is successful in unseating the incumbent.
“This is one thing I felt was important to do,” explained Bryan. “It’s my third run for Congress. I ran in 2008, 2010 and now.”
