Nichols runs unopposed for second term

During biblical times, tax collectors were hated because they could take what they wanted, but not anymore. The Florida Constitution created the tax collector position that has nothing to do with setting taxes so the office would be unbiased and fair in the collection of taxes explained Santa Rosa County Tax Collector Stan Colie Nichols. 

 

Nichols is seeking a second term for the office of tax collector. He was elected in 2008 and before that election, had never sought public office.
