Suspect arrested in Broxson murder

Last week, Escambia County Sheriff’s Department announced that investigators had arrested Joshua Wayne Douglas, 22, in connection with the murder of Jamie Broxson, whose body was found Nov. 29 in a secluded area north of Pensacola.
The sheriff’s department reported that forensic testing found DNA evidence that linked the suspect to Broxson.
