What was once a prized piece of real estate valued at a cool $2 million has been reduced to a veritable junkyard – despite a landowner’s efforts to keep the site in tip-top shape.
The lot in question is situated adjacent to Navarre Park, and right next door to the site of what used to be Trader Vic’s, a popular local seafood hangout. A beach store is on the site now.
