A murder case 15 years in the making has finally come to an end.
Santa Rosa County resident Kimberly Mary Cannon was sentenced to 15 years in state prison for the 1995 murder of her former husband, Daren Kelley.
Cannon, 42, was arrested for the crime in 2008, after a team of volunteers from the University of West Florida uncovered a decaying human bone on the property Cannon and Kelley shared at the time of his disappearance.
